She specialises in neutralizing biomechanics. She also helps paients with musculoskeletal pain such as headaches, frozen shoulder and lower back pain.
She offers Deep tissue, Myofascial release, Joint mobilization, Trigger point therapy, Hot stone therapy for chronic pain.
Mana :
Mana brings prior knowledge from when she was working for a pharmaceutical as a qualified pharmacist in Japan. Although she has a passion for helping people using medicine, she began to learn about using remedial massage to help remedy pain or stress.
She is eager to learn more about biomechanics, correcting poor posture and help with overuse of certain muscles.
Mon(Moemi Kosaka):
Currently studying Remedial Massage, and also She's been being trained by Nami. She is influenced by her father who is an osteopath to be interested in Remedial Massage therapist. In her spare time she is always at the gym doing heavy weight which has been giving her a deep level of understanding of how the body works, the pain and injuries that can occur with exercise and stress plus the benefits of regular remedial massage. She is dedicated to providing personalised attention to clients needs to maximise their health and wellness goals.

She is passionate about applying tailored massage treatments based on the principles of biomechanics.
she creates personalised treatment plans that consider each client’s unique condition, ensuring the most effective techniques are used to achieve optimal results.
She has always been active, enjoying activities like gym workouts, sports, and dancing. With her father who is a high school physical education teacher and her mother who is a fitness instructor, her interest in the human body started at a young age. This background fuels my passion for her current work
